Eight dimensions, drawn from the research consensus on what truly affects people.

Our method draws on the research consensus in public health and the built environment, combined with China's healthy-building standards and our own rating data — and is continuously calibrated and refined. The dimensions, weights and process on this page are the current version (October 2026), published for reference; any updates will be noted here.

What a formal rating involves

01
Dozens of indicators across eight dimensions (our detailed scoring rules remain internal, to avoid being copied).
02
Four sources of evidence: site survey · on-site measurement · document checks · occupant interviews.
03
Two reviewers score independently; results can be appealed and corrected.
04
Regular reviews — no stone is permanent: typically every 2 years (every 3 years for company-owned offices); a major change triggers an interim review.
Ratings and recommendations on this site are reference conclusions drawn from public information and our own data; they do not constitute any official certification or qualification. We are equally candid about this limit: if you find an inaccuracy, please tell us via this site, and it will be corrected once verified.  © 2026 Shanghai Ouyan Network Technology Co., Ltd.
